GRATMAXX Deburring Brush Machine

The machine is suitable for deburring cut edges on:
Round tubes, square tubes, rectangular tubes, solid materials, and profiles of all kinds.

Materials:
Hard or soft steel, non-ferrous metals, plastics.

Operation:
After adjusting the workpiece support and the side stops, the burr-laden workpiece is lightly pressed against the brush, which rotates around its own axis. The workpiece itself is not rotated; the brush performs this movement. The type of workpiece material, the thickness of the burr, and the desired edge rounding determine the contact pressure and duration, which is typically about 1–5 seconds.
