Sergiani LAS Plus Continuous Veneer Press

Used, year of manufacture 1997, already dismantled and stored

Automatic press with continuous operation for the production of plywood doors, finished doors (veneered doors, HPL, CPL), and pre-finished parquet (2 - 3 layers). The press allows workpieces to be loaded consecutively, while the pressure in the other chambers is kept constant. Operating the line requires up to two operators. This multi-level press ensures very high productivity. Average pressing time is approx. 3 minutes (180 seconds), distributed across 10 levels. Thus, the press opens every 18 seconds and processes a new board. The press is already dismantled and in storage. The system was in working order until dismantling.

The previous owner produced 3-layer parquet with the system. The bottom layer was loaded manually. The middle layer consists of one piece, glued at the top and bottom, and automatically fed into the system. The top layer was also automatically loaded.
