Heating Platens:
Electrically heated aluminum sandwich platens by ELKOM - Germany.
Continuously adjustable up to 120°C, up to 150°C on request.
Thermal insulation between platens and press frame.
The heating platens are mounted with special brackets to allow necessary thermal expansion.

Hydraulics:
Compact hydraulic pump by HAWE Germany, integrated in the press frame.
2-stage design for closing and pressure build-up phases.
Hydraulic cylinders made from high-grade, tempered, and ground steel with large diameters.

Press Frame:
The press frame is constructed from heavy-duty, torsion-resistant, stress-relieved welded steel.
Presses of the GS series can be loaded from all four sides.
Press tables are welded from HEA profiles.
Precision machining of all assemblies is performed on state-of-the-art CNC machining centers.
Uniform and precise movement of the press table is ensured by rack-and-pinion drives and self-lubricating guides at two corners of the press frame.

Control System:
Side-mounted control panel with SIEMENS 7'' color touchscreen.
SCM's proprietary software enables simple and intuitive control of the press.
The following parameters can be programmed, retrieved, and changed:
- Automatic calculation of the maximum permissible hydraulic pressing force based on the workpiece size.
- Ability to store up to 100 programs (temperature, specific pressure, pressing time, platen size).
- Direct setting of hydraulic pressure
- Option for internet connectivity for remote service.
- Electronic control of pressing time
