Cone bending:
For cone bending, all rolls except the top roll can be tilted. The roll positions can be read on indicator instruments. For semi-automatic or fully automatic operation of the machine, the roll bearings are equipped with scale bars and cam followers for limit switch actuation. This allows the rolls to return to the same preset position repeatedly, ensuring a very high consistency of the bent sections.
