The APACHE 3 is a versatile and cost-effective solution designed for both craft and industrial applications, making it ideal for coating façade cladding and their substructures.

It is perfectly suited for coating cross-sections of 300 mm x 25 mm without any restrictions and delivers highly efficient and economical top-quality surface finishes, all without requiring specialized operator knowledge.

The system can also be integrated into automated plants or coating lines. It coats boards, profiled boards, tongue-and-groove boards, rhomboid profiles, glued laminated timber, and structural timber. Suitable for decking boards, garden houses, saunas, or privacy screens – essentially any products that require a premium-quality visible surface. Their substructures (typically black) are coated with thin, highly pigmented stains and wood preservatives without the need for side brushes.

The APACHE 3 sets itself apart from standard market products with its robust monoblock welded steel frame and a finish applied via a high-temperature process using extremely durable Teflon (enamel). This non-stick coating ensures a self-cleaning and very low-maintenance operation.

The machine offered is brand new and available for inspection in our showroom. We are happy to demonstrate our machines and systems at our facility or at a customer’s site near you.
