Designed for cutting glazing beads in pairs

The RU-GLS-ED 45° double glazing bead saw is manually adjustable to size. The machine is designed for the simultaneous cutting of two glazing beads at a 45° angle and is equipped with one fixed and one movable saw unit. The manual length adjustment is equipped with an electronic digital display. Cutting lengths from 150 mm to 2650 mm can be processed. During the cutting operation, the glazing beads are clamped from above and from the front by a pneumatic clamping system to prevent tilting. Operation is via a safety two-hand control. Saw blade diameter: 250 mm, length: 3700 mm, width: 700 mm, voltage: 400 V.

Price on request, after assessment of the glazing beads. Depending on the number of glazing beads used, multiple insert sets may be required. In order to determine the exact number needed, we require profile drawings of the glazing beads to be used before order confirmation.
