Designed for pairwise cutting of glazing beads

The RU-GLS-ED 45° double glazing bead saw is manually adjustable for length. The machine is specifically designed for simultaneously cutting pairs of glazing beads at a cutting angle of 45°, featuring one fixed and one movable saw unit. The manual length adjustment is equipped with an electronic digital display. Cutting lengths from 150 mm to 2,650 mm are possible. During the cutting process, the glazing beads are clamped from above and in front with a pneumatic clamping device to prevent tilting. Operation is via a safety two-hand control system.

Price on request, after review of the glazing beads. Depending on the number of glazing beads used, several insert sets may be needed. To determine the exact number, we require glazing bead profile drawings before confirming the order.
