A complete Respecta epoxy resin dosing and casting system is available. 1) Big-bag station for supplying fillers, max. grain size: 0.7 mm, max. bulk density: 0.5 g/cm³. 2) Two IBC connections for liquid components A and B with diaphragm pumps. 3) Two buffer tanks for A and B, capacity: approx. 230 l each, including level sensors and automatic IBC filling. 4) Volumetric dosing to the mixing screw with flow meter and pressure monitoring. 5) Degassing unit. 6) Continuous epoxy resin inline heating unit with process monitoring for resin and hardener temperatures, viscosity range: approx. 350-450 mPas, max. epoxy resin temperature: 20°C. 7) Semi-automatic flushing and cleaning unit for the casting station, capacity: approx. 50 l. Main system control: Siemens Simatic S7, additional controls: switch cabinets/frequency converters/industrial PC. Total casting capacity of the plant: approx. 30 l/min. The system allows mechanical preparation for retrofitting up to 3 additional filler dosing units. It is recommended to renew the lines and diaphragm pumps before commissioning. Documentation available. An on-site inspection is possible.
