The impact mills of the REKORD 212-630 series, in the welded housing version, are robust universal mills designed for demanding industrial applications in continuous operation.

● Size: 630 mm (nominal rotor diameter)
● Mill housing: Sturdy, pressure shock-resistant (10 bar) stainless steel welded housing (AISI316L) with surface finish (product-contact surfaces) Ra ≤ 1.6 μm for easy cleaning, equipped with a hinged door and HAAKE safety interlock (key transfer system); monitoring of housing and bearing temperatures as well as vibration.

● Mill inlet: JACOB pipe; DN 150 mm
● Mill outlet: Ground product and air discharge directed downward into a suction hopper, optimized for connection of the conveying line to the final separator.
● Mill drive: Belt drive, three-phase motor energy efficiency class IE3 (manufacturer SIEMENS), 90 kW, 3~ 400 V, IP55; suitable for operation with frequency inverter.
● Sealing materials: Silicone; PTFE, seal materials comply with EU and FDA food hygiene regulations.
● Grinding elements: Pin rotor: 4 rows of pins, pin diameter 7 mm (wear-reduced). Pin stator: 3 rows of pins without external pin circle, pin diameter 7 mm.
● Bearings: Designed for the most demanding continuous operation, high-performance bearing housings with temperature and vibration monitoring (early detection of potential bearing failure and prevention of hot surfaces).
● Inert gas supply/monitoring for the product-side shaft seal.
● Operation monitoring for detection of malfunctions.
● Machine frame: The complete unit—mill, drive with motor, tension rails, belt drive and belt guard—is supplied ready for operation on a robust machine frame with height-adjustable machine feet.

Main components of the offered system:
● Product input/transfer from the customer’s upstream process and transition to a rotary valve (certified ATEX protection system);
● Industrial pin mill type REKORD 630-SSt with welded housing and ground surfaces;
● Product separator with discharge rotary valve (certified ATEX protection system);
● Pneumatic conveying line with air inlet/outlet and suction blower;
● WITHOUT control system, without frequency inverter.
