Q-Fin Quality Finishing Machines Q-Fin SER600 - MAG TS

The fast deburring machine for deburring, edge rounding, and finishing steel parts up to 600 mm wide.

This deburring and finishing machine from Q-Fin has been specifically developed for applying a large radius of up to 2 mm to steel sheet.

With the SER600 Super Edge Rounder from Q-Fin, it is possible to deburr, grind, edge-break, round, descale, remove oxidation layer, or apply a linear finish to sheet metal parts up to 600 mm in width. A combination of these operations is also possible.

The throughput rate of the SER600 is 3 to 5 times higher than that of comparable machines.

This new 2025 model is equipped with a magnetic support and is therefore suitable for processing steel cut parts and other magnetic materials. The machine features 5 processing stations. Operation is conveniently controlled via an HMI touchscreen on the front of the machine.

The first station of the SER600 consists of a grinding unit. The abrasive belt in this station removes burrs and/or discoloration from the product surface. If there are no burrs present, the grinding belt can be omitted or removed. It is also possible to use a finer grinding belt or finish with a Scotch-Brite belt.

The second and third stations consist of a disc brush unit with 4 oscillating disc brushes. The fourth and fifth stations are fitted with 2 round brushes rotating in opposite directions. These brushes are used to remove sharp edges from the product by breaking edges or, through the unique combination of two brush systems, by creating a radius of up to R=3 mm.

By installing special brushes, the SER600 with magnetic system is also ideally suited for removing the oxide layer from steel products or slag from plasma-cut products.

We offer the machine in combination with a WES6000 wet grinding dust extraction system as the 'SER600 Set'.

The WES6000 was developed by Q-Fin to safely extract grinding dust without loss of suction. This fully stainless steel extraction system operates wet, extracting grinding dust from stainless steel, steel, and aluminium, thus eliminating fire and explosion hazards. According to Q-Fin, it is the safest, simplest, and most sustainable method of extracting grinding dust. With the WES6000, there is no longer any grinding dust in the air and/or the working environment.

We currently have 2 units of the SER600 in stock:

- 1x only a few months old, like new (Year of manufacture: 2024)

The machines can be inspected by appointment in Bergeijk. Both machines come with a 1-year warranty on the construction and all non-wear parts.

We can also offer on-site installation of the SER600 + WES6000, including operator training.
