The fast deburring machine for deburring, edge rounding, and finishing of steel parts up to 600 mm in width.

This deburring and finishing machine from Q-Fin was specifically developed for creating a large radius of up to 2 mm on steel sheet metal.

With the SER600 Super Edge Rounder from Q-Fin, you can deburr, grind, edge break, round, descale, remove oxide layers, or perform linear finishing on sheet metal parts up to 600 mm wide. A combination of these processes is also possible.

The throughput of the F600 is 3 to 5 times higher than comparable machines.

This new 2024 model is equipped with a magnetic support, making it suitable for processing steel cut parts and other magnetic materials. The machine features 5 processing stations and is easily operated via an HMI touchscreen on the front of the unit.

The first station of the SER600 is a grinding unit. The grinding belt of this unit removes burrs and/or burn marks from the product surface. If there are no burrs, the grinding belt can be omitted or removed. Alternatively, you can process your product with a finer grinding belt or finish with a Scotch-Brite belt.

The second and third stations consist of a disc brush unit with 4 oscillating disc brushes. The fourth and fifth stations feature 2 round brushes rotating in opposite directions. With these brushes, you remove the sharp edges of the product by breaking the edges or, due to the unique combination of two brush systems, achieve a radius of up to R=2 mm.

By installing special brushes, the SER600 with magnet system is also highly suitable for removing oxide layers from steel products or slag from plasma-cut products.

We offer the combination with a WES6000 wet grinding dust extraction system as the ‘SER600 Set’.

The WES6000 was developed by Q-Fin to safely extract grinding dust without any loss of pressure. This fully stainless-steel extraction system operates wet and captures grinding dust from stainless steel, steel, and aluminum, thereby eliminating any risk of fire or explosion. According to Q-Fin, this is the safest, simplest, and most sustainable way to extract grinding dust. With the WES6000, there is no more grinding dust in the air and/or in the work environment.

The machine can be inspected by appointment in Bergeijk and is currently used as a demonstration unit (the machine is still being set up).
The machine comes with a 1-year warranty on the frame and all non-wear parts. We can also offer on-site installation of the SER600 + WES6000, including operator training.
