DESCRIPTION

DM100 Z2C – performs edge rounding and removes sharp burrs on both the inner and outer edges of steel, stainless steel, or aluminum parts after laser, shear, or punch separation of metal components ranging in size from 50 x 50 mm up to 1100 x 100 mm.

The first station processes the products by means of a contact roller (approx. 55° Shore) with an abrasive belt, removing heavy burrs in the initial step.

The second station processes the products with two counter-rotating cross belts from both below and above. The cross belts round the edges of the workpieces on both inner and outer sides.

A major advantage is the deburring of products with protective surface film, as only the edges are processed without damaging the film.
