The professional Pulsotronic M-Pulse2 BD HD conveyor metal detector is an advanced X-ray and magnetic inspection system, engineered to meet the highest safety and quality control standards in the food industry (meat, processing, bakery sectors) as well as logistics. Incorporating Multi-Frequency Technology (MFT), the machine delivers exceptional sensitivity for detecting ferromagnetic, non-ferromagnetic, and stainless steel contaminants, effectively eliminating the influence of the so-called "product effect" (common when inspecting wet meat, cheese, or fresh bakery goods).

The wide detection head with a 650 x 150 mm aperture enables simultaneous inspection of bulk products, large raw material blocks, or packaged finished goods (both bulk and retail packaging). The integrated conveyor system (dimensions: 1200 x 610 mm) ensures full stability in product handling. The unit is configured for integration with an automatic pneumatic reject system (4-6 bar required), which removes defective batches without halting the entire production line.
