Product Description:
ROOMLINE powder coating booths are designed for paint recycling and to prevent environmental contamination during the powder coating process of large components.

These booths operate on the principle of manual coating for products either suspended from a rail or placed on a cart. They are integrated into manual coating systems and are compatible with rail transfer systems. Products can be introduced into the booth either as top-hanging or bottom-cart options.

The booth floor is configured according to specific needs: it can either be left as the existing workshop floor, or the booth is installed on a frame to accommodate floor extraction. Available versions include floor, side-wall, or rear-wall extraction systems. The front of the booth can be manufactured with an optional door or as an open design.

In line with occupational health and safety and European standards, the booths can be equipped with additional features such as emergency exit doors, fire suppression systems, camera monitoring, explosion-proof lighting, extraction systems, and inverter-driven motors.

The booth is constructed from either sandwich panels or steel structures of various thicknesses, depending on the project requirements.
