Blast container for blasting with glass beads, ceramics, corundum, chilled iron grit, garnet sand, etc. Blast container equipped with a fully covered screw conveyor floor and genuine abrasive recycling system.

No sweeping, vacuuming, or shoveling of abrasive in the blasting chamber during the blasting process due to our closed-loop system.

Abrasive cleaner: air separator with 4-way adjustable settings for air volume, flow speed, extraction proximity to the abrasive, and abrasive bed thickness. Electric vibrating screen for continuous removal of coarse contaminants. Bucket elevator with trapezoidal-thread spindle for belt tensioning and speed monitoring. Container lining made from 70 Shore, 4mm fabric-reinforced rubber for a service life of up to 30 years with proper use. Container can be fully opened on the side for easy forklift loading. Container can be upgraded with a crane roof hatch, floor reinforcement, or lateral blasting chamber extension. For stainless steel blasting, the container can be upgraded with a genuine magnetic drawer or a drum-type magnetic separator as well as stainless steel grating. Filter unit with service doors for easy maintenance, big bag dust collection, secondary H13/14 filter, and silencer. Blast vessel with pressure regulator and water separator.

The container stands out for its reliability and easy maintenance. All system components are easily accessible at the rear of the container. Only 4 ball bearings on the screw conveyor floor and 4 ball bearings on the bucket elevator.

Safety features: door/gate limit switches, dead-man control, emergency lighting, viewing window in the blasting chamber, emergency stop inside the blast chamber and externally on the control cabinet, quick pressure relief for the blast vessel.
