✅The Multi-Treat spray pre-treatment machine is used for surface treatment of materials to be painted. It offers the ability to process up to 8 different chemicals with tanks configured according to process requirements. All tanks are made from 316 stainless steel and are insulated. The number of tanks and the number of heated tanks are determined based on process steps.

✅Tank heating is via gas heat exchangers. Processes can be monitored, and times and temperatures for all steps can be set via the PLC touchscreen.

✅Any system errors can be observed at the control panel. The tanks are equipped with automatic floats; the system stops automatically if there is insufficient water or chemicals in the tanks, and the fluid is automatically transferred between tanks as needed to keep the system safe.

✅There is a drip pan underneath all tanks, made from 316 stainless steel. The tanks are made of 2 mm thick 316 stainless steel. All materials undergo penetration testing and are argon-welded and hermetically sealed. Grids in the tanks prevent debris from reaching the pumps. The inside of the cabin is made of 304 stainless steel sandwich panels, while the exterior is powder-coated sheet metal.

✅The panel thickness is 80 mm. Panels are stainless steel filled with polyurethane. PPT ring pipes and nozzles ensure long service life.

✅Thanks to the steam extraction fan, steam from the system is prevented from entering the workspace. The washer cabin doors are container-style and sealed with silicone gaskets. The movable washing platform inside the cabin moves back and forth to clean the materials. Hoses are supported by a mobile carrier system. Each process has its own pumps and a waste pump for emptying tank fluids. The discharge pump connects to the chemical discharge tank.

✅Manual application guns are provided for each process for manual use. The system offers a manual pre-treatment mode. Both drip time and process duration can be set via the PLC control panel; drip time is applicable for manual operation.
