✳️Operating Principle✳️
This oven is designed for heating parts coated with powder paint. The powder cures (polymerizes) at approx. 200 ºC (depending on the coating type), forming a film on the metal surface.

Temperature regulation in the oven is managed by a control unit receiving feedback from a temperature sensor inside the oven.

✳️Oven Body✳️
The polymerization oven body is constructed from thermal insulation panels, installed vertically and bonded with a heat-resistant sealant. Conveyor spacing to the oven door channels can be provided upon request. Optionally, the oven can be supplied with double swing doors.

✳️Heat Exchanger✳️
The heat exchanger is installed on the side of the polymerization oven housing. The construction and materials allow the chamber temperature to be increased to up to 230°C, while ensuring temperature differences within permissible limits.

Heat exchangers made from 3 mm, AISI310 grade stainless steel.

✳️Recirculation Fan✳️
Air circulation within the oven is achieved by four recirculation fans with insulated housing. Blade air impellers are commonly used in the recirculation fans.

✳️Digital, fully electronic temperature controller✳️

✳️Exhaust Fan✳️
The exhaust fan serves for extracting the gases produced during powder curing inside the oven.

If required, the exhaust fan can operate continuously after a set period or switch on automatically at intervals.
