Dank ihrer hohen Produktionsgeschwindigkeit, dem benutzerfreundlichen Design und den Brettmagazinen mit großem Puffer eignet sich die Maschine ideal für die Fertigung von Standard- und Sonderprodukten sowohl in Klein- als auch Großserien – und das mit nur einem Bediener. Jedes Nagelbild kann 1–3 Nägel enthalten; auf Wunsch ist auch das Umbiegen (Clinchen) der Nägel möglich. Die Bretter werden in Magazinen mit hohem Puffer zugeführt – drei Kassetten für Kantholz/Unterbretter und eine Kassette für Deck/Obenbretter. Gesteuert und programmiert wird die Anlage über eine moderne, benutzerfreundliche Software-Oberfläche am 10’’-Touchscreen mittels Beckhoff-Steuerung. Durch die kompakte Bauweise benötigt die Maschine nur wenig Stellfläche und kann schnell und einfach installiert werden, da sie vollständig montiert geliefert werden kann. Optional kann die Maschine mit einem Förderband für Fertigprodukte, einem automatischen Stapler und einer automatischen Brettzuführung ausgestattet werden. Diese Optionen lassen sich auch nachträglich installieren und ermöglichen somit eine schrittweise Investition.
