PROFIX PT-2800

The universal pneumatic table PT-2800 features an adjustable worktop, pneumatic clamping of support elements (blocks or runners), and pneumatic lifting of the pallet towards the operator.

It is an adjustable, semi-automatic nailing table for producing pallets of various sizes. Its ergonomic design allows for quick and easy adjustment of the pallet jig size. Lengths can range from 900 to 2800 mm and the table supports widths up to a maximum of 1500 mm. Only one operator is required to produce 180 – 210 pallets during an 8-hour shift.

The operator uses several nail guns for different nail sizes. For convenience, each nail gun is suspended from the top roller track. The roller track allows the nail guns to move freely along the overhead rail assembly system. The table’s design ensures manufacturing efficiency as well as operator comfort.
