Manual segmented swing bending machine, 2-meter working width

The SGR model is equipped with segmented bending tools on all three beam elements: upper, lower, and bending beam. This allows sheet metal to be bent on all sides, making it possible to produce, for example, complex box shapes or workpieces with upward and downward bending legs.

Versatile, high-performance, heavy-duty, and extremely robust segmented folding machine—this is not a typical bending brake, but much stronger and more durable.

A segmented folding machine is characterized by full segmentation along the entire 2-meter working length.
The upper and lower segments can be quickly and easily removed, and the bending beam is also divided into segments.
The bending angle ranges from 0 to 160 degrees.

Clamping is operated by a foot pedal, keeping your hands free to easily position the sheet—open and close with your foot.
The bending beam is equipped with 2 gas struts, making its operation exceptionally easy.

At the rear of the machine, there are 2 practical toolboxes for storing segments or tools.
