Manual segmented swing bending machine, 2-meter working width

The SGR model is equipped with segmented bending tools on all three clamping elements: upper, lower, and bending beam. This allows sheet metal to be bent on all sides and, for example, the production of complex box shapes or workpieces with bends facing up and down.

This is a versatile, high-performance, heavy, and extremely robust segmented box and pan brake—not your typical bending brake, but much stronger and more durable.

A box and pan brake is characterized by full segmentation along the entire 2-meter working length. The upper and lower segments are easy and quick to remove, and the bending beam is also divided into segments.

The bending angle is adjustable from 0 to 160 degrees.

Clamping is performed via a foot pedal, leaving your hands free to easily position the sheet—open and close with your foot. The bending beam is connected to two gas pressure dampers, making operation of the bending beam extremely easy.

On the rear of the machine, there are two practical toolboxes for segments or tools.
