Consisting of:

A) IGEL Panel Storage for Loading

B) Front Panel Processing Unit (FLEXIBLE Drilling and Inserting) BAT-RTW-CNC
1 robust base frame with a toothed slewing ring to hold a workpiece clamping system with 4 stations, featuring a geared motor with frequency converter as the rotary drive.
Each workpiece clamping station consists of a fixed right support arm and a left support arm adjustable to the workpiece length, as well as precise locking mechanisms at the processing stations. The machining stations are flanged to the base:
- Station 1 for loading
- Station 2 for handle and fitting drilling from above and below; milling from above
- Station 3 for adapter and buffer assembly
- Station 4 for removal of finished workpieces
