FOAM TANK (1 unit)
Frame:
- Box section
- Capacity: 5 m³
- The tank body is manufactured from 3 mm stainless steel plate, AISI 304
- Welds are made using appropriate stainless steel TIG welding

b) Heating
- 2-inch stainless steel pipe
- Oil inlet and outlet pipes are 1 inch, DN50, PN16, DIN 2633
- Leak test is performed at 6 bar pressure

c) Mixing system
- 3 kW, 60 rpm mixing motor
- Drive is equipped with sprockets
- Sealing is ensured at shaft bearings
- Bearings are either SKF or FAG
- Fixed paddles are mounted on the side walls to enhance agitation and ensure a homogeneous structure

d) Temperature indicators are both digital and analog, with two outputs provided

- The capacity of the bitumen pump is max. 8 m³/h
- Coupled to a 7.5 kW, 400 rpm gear motor
- The bitumen meter is a system with a 10 m³/h capacity

a) Pipes
- Manufactured from steel pipes according to DIN 171175 (DN200, DN150, DN100, DN80, DN65, DN25)
- The mill line consists of a 1.5-inch inner tube and a 2-inch outer jacket tube
- Jacketed pipes are welded according to TSE standards
- Bypass pipes are installed as 0.5-inch at appropriate points

b) Compensators
- DN 50, DN 80, PN 16, 200°C

c) 3-way and 2-way valves with heating
- Conforms to TSE standards
- Designed for working conditions at high pressure (16 bar) and temperature (230°C)

d) Hot oil valves
- KLINGER or THERMO brand hot oil valve, heat-resistant
- Comes in DN 25 PN16, DN65 PN16, DN50 PN16

e) Filter
- Features a 3 mm wire mesh internal container, easy and frequent cleaning

- The panel is assembled to IC standard specification.
