FOAM TANK (1 unit)
A frame:
- Box profile
- Capacity: 5 m³
- Tank body is manufactured from 3 mm AISI 304 stainless steel sheet
- Welds are executed using appropriate stainless steel TIG welding

b) Heating:
- 2-inch stainless steel piping
- Oil inlet and outlet pipes are 1 inch, DN50, PN16, DIN 2633
- Tightness test is carried out at a pressure of 6 bar
c) Mixing system:
- 3 kW, 60 rpm mixing motor
- Drive is via sprockets
- Leakproofness is ensured at the seals
- Bearings are SKF or FAG
- Fixed blades are mounted on the outer walls to improve dispersion and ensure a homogeneous mixture

d) The temperature displays are both digital and analog, with two outputs provided

- Bitumen pump capacity up to max. 8 m³/h
- Coupled to 7.5 kW, 400 rpm gear motor
- The bitumen meter is a system rated for 10 m³/h

c) 3-way and 2-way heated valves:
- Conforming to TSE standards
- Suitable for operating conditions at high pressure (16 bar) and high temperature (230°C)

d) Hot oil valves:
- Hot oil valve, make KLINGER or THERMO, heat-resistant
- Sizes: DN25 PN16, DN65 PN16, DN50 PN16

e) Filter:
- Equipped with a 3 mm wire inner container, easy and frequent cleaning possible
