The semi-automatic Pneumatico PT-2800 table is ideal for producing pallets of various sizes. Its design allows for quick and easy adjustment of the pallet dimensions to be assembled, enabling the manufacture of small batches. The table requires one operator, who can stack 180 to 210 pallets during an 8-hour shift (depending on the operator’s proficiency and workflow organization).

Two nailers equipped with nails of different lengths are suspended on two spring balancers, ensuring more ergonomic operation. Pneumatic clamps position blocks and stringers precisely, resulting in higher quality and repeatability of specific pallet sizes. Pneumatic lifting of the pallet makes the entire process less strenuous for the operator.
