The feed rollers are hardened and ground.
The upper roller is lifted pneumatically via cylinders and valves to facilitate strip insertion.
The contact pressure of the upper roller is pneumatically controlled by short-stroke cylinders.
The upper roller features a torsionally rigid bearing, preventing unilateral roller pressure.
Off-center strip transport is permitted.
A feed roller basket, an adjustable strip side guide, and a strip end sensor on the entry side are all included as standard features.
Protective covers are fitted to the feed rollers and drive components.
The intermediate ventilation feature can be switched on and off.
