CNC Milling Plotter 1520 SPECIAL is a precision machine built in Poland, designed for machining a wide range of engineering materials such as wood, wood-based products (chipboard, MDF, OSB, etc.), plastics (plexiglass, PVC, HPL, etc.), composites (Dibond, carbon, Alucobond), soft metals, and more.

CONSTRUCTION:
The plotter is constructed entirely from high-quality steel. During manufacturing, all components undergo specialized heat treatment for maximum durability.

WORKING AREA:
The usable working area of our CNC machine is 1500 x 2000 mm, while the total table size, made with T-slot technology, measures 1600 x 2500 mm.

Z-AXIS RANGE & GANTRY CLEARANCE:
The standard Z-axis travel is 200 mm, with an option to increase up to 400 mm.

DRIVES:
Our CNC machines use high-resolution, high-power digital motors, providing optimal acceleration and speed across all axes. The X and Y axes utilize proven helical racks for durability and precision, while the Z-axis drive employs a high-grade ball screw. All axes move along linear rail guides.

SPINDLE:
A robust, water-cooled, high-quality brushless spindle is used for driving the cutting tool. The spindle is equipped with premium machine bearings, operating quietly and ensuring above-average longevity. Spindle speed ranges from 6,000 to 24,000 RPM. Power is supplied via an inverter with a higher capacity than the spindle itself, preventing RPM drops under heavy load.

SOFTWARE:
The machine comes equipped with up-to-date CAD/CAM software, enabling fast and easy design of components, which are then converted into G-code. Importing ready-made files from other programs is also possible.

CONTROL SYSTEM:
The machine is operated via a controller with its own processor and RAM, ensuring stable and reliable performance. The controller features active vector analysis, resulting in smooth operation and minimal machining deviation. There is a resume function for power loss, eliminating the need to restart the program from the beginning. Internal memory allows the machine to operate without reloading the program for each job.
