The CNC 1020 SPECIAL milling plotter is a precision machine engineered in Poland, designed for processing a wide range of engineering materials including wood, wood-based materials (chipboard, MDF, OSB, etc.), plastics (plexiglass, PVC, HPL, etc.), composites (dibond, carbon, alucobond), and soft metals.
CONSTRUCTION:
The plotter is made entirely of high-quality steel. During the manufacturing process, all components undergo specialized heat treatment.
WORKING AREA:
The effective working area of our machining center is 1000 x 2000 [mm].
Z AXIS RANGE AND GANTRY CLEARANCE:
The standard Z-axis range is 200 mm, but it can be increased up to 400 mm if required.
DRIVES:
Our CNC machines are equipped with high-resolution, high-power digital motors, ensuring appropriate acceleration and speed in all directions. The X and Y axes utilize classic, proven helical racks for high durability and precision, while the Z-axis is driven by a high-grade ball screw. All axes are mounted on linear rail guides.
SPINDLE:
A robust, liquid-cooled, heavy-duty brushless spindle drives the cutting tool. The spindle uses high-quality machine bearings that are exceptionally quiet and guarantee above-average longevity. The spindle speed range is from 6,000 to 24,000 rpm. Power is supplied via a frequency inverter that offers higher output than the spindle to prevent speed losses under heavy loads.
SOFTWARE:
The machine is supplied with up-to-date CAD/CAM software. The software allows for fast and easy component design, which is then converted to G-code for machining. It also supports the import of ready-made files from other programs.
CONTROL SYSTEM:
The machine is operated via a controller featuring its own processor and memory, ensuring stable and reliable operation. The controller supports active vector analysis, providing smooth machine operation and very low machining deviation. It includes a resume function after power failure, eliminating the need to reinitialize the program. Integrated memory enables machine operation without reloading the program each time.
