CNC Milling Plotter 1012 SPECIAL is a precision machine engineered in Poland, designed for machining a wide range of engineering materials such as wood, wood-based materials (chipboard, MDF, OSB, etc.), plastics (plexiglass, PVC, HPL, etc.), composites (dibond, carbon, alucobond), soft metals, and more.

CONSTRUCTION:

The plotter is manufactured entirely from high-quality steel. During the production process, all components undergo specialized heat treatment.

WORKING AREA:
The usable work area of our CNC machine is 1000 x 1200 [mm].

Z AXIS TRAVEL AND GANTRY CLEARANCE:
The standard Z-axis travel is 200 mm, with the option to increase it up to 400 mm.

DRIVES:
The machine is driven by high-resolution, high-power digital motors, ensuring appropriate acceleration and speed in all directions. The X and Y axes feature reliable, proven helical racks for durability and precision, while the Z axis is equipped with a high-grade ball screw. All axes run on linear rail guides.

SPINDLE:
The cutting tool is powered by a robust, liquid-cooled, durable high-end brushless spindle. The spindle is mounted on premium-quality machine bearings, ensuring very quiet operation and above-average durability. The spindle speed ranges from 6,000 to 24,000 RPM. Power is supplied by an inverter with higher capacity than the spindle, preventing spinner speed drops under heavy load.

SOFTWARE:
The machine comes equipped with the latest version of suitable CAD/CAM software. This software allows for fast, easy design of components, which the program then converts to G-code. It is also possible to import ready-to-use files from other software.

CONTROL:
The machine is operated through a controller with its own processor and memory, ensuring stable and reliable operation. The controller features active vector analysis for smooth machine performance and minimal deviation during processing. It also has a resume function after power loss, eliminating the need to restart programs. Embedded memory allows machine operation without reloading programs each time.
