Pagrindinis tokios užrakto sistemos privalumas – paprastas montavimas: norint sujungti dvi paneles, tereikia viršutinę detalę uždėti ant apatinės ir prispausti – tuo metu girdimas specifinis spragtelėjimo garsas. Diese Maschine formt den Dachverschluss durch Walzen mithilfe spezieller Formwalzen. Gleichzeitig werden beim Profilieren Befestigungslöcher in die Paneele eingestanzt, um deren Fixierung zu ermöglichen. Die automatische Dachpaneelmaschine mit Schnappverschluss SL-1 auto besteht aus: - Walzprofilierstation, die mithilfe von zehn Walzenpaaren direkt das gewünschte Paneelprofil mit Klickfalzverschluss formt. Die Maschine verfügt über ein einfach verstellbares System zur Breitenanpassung: Zum Ändern der Breite genügt es, an einem speziellen Einstellrad zu drehen. Ein spezielles Werkzeug schneidet dabei Befestigungslöcher in die Paneele. - Automatisierungssystem der Maschine mit den Hauptelementen: automatische Steuerung, manuelles Bedienfeld, Schaltschrank und Messrad. Die Nutzung direkt am Montageort spart Transportkosten und vermeidet Transportrisiken für die Dachbleche.
