Our drilling machine can operate simultaneously on both the top and bottom surfaces of panels. Milling on the top and bottom faces without the need to flip the panel. Long slide guides with double clamping ensure fast processing of diverse workpieces. Simple production management thanks to the self-registration function. Automatic detection of panel dimensions reduces errors. The position of the panels is adjusted through optimal automatic process compensation for furniture assembly. Air-cushioned loading area with 2 clamps for panel handling. Sliding is performed on linear guides with ball bearings. Automatic right-side discharge system for automatic panel unloading. The transfer system uses motorized, low-friction conveyor belts mounted on a frame with mechanical release. Panel discharge occurs along the Y-axis. Syntec control system. Syntec software interface.
