Short heating time of the GlueJet adhesive system—approx. 2 to 3 minutes depending on adhesive type and ambient temperature.

A major highlight of this machine is the multifunction package, which demonstrates its strengths in operations processing a wide variety of edges. The DIA tooling is multi-stage and can switch between radii and chamfers depending on the application—from longitudinal milling unit to corner copying to profile scraper.

The extendable workpiece support and extended infeed area assist with larger workpieces, and a guiding system facilitates the infeed of small workpieces into the machine.
