HOLZ-HER Edgebanding Machine ACCURA 1558 performance with BELT BRIDGE and intelligent equipment package for edge thicknesses up to 15 mm.

Simple program changes and tool adjustments via the 18.5" widescreen color touch display (16:9).

Short heat-up time of the GlueJet adhesive system (GJ 301 automatic) of approximately 2 to 3 minutes, depending on adhesive type and ambient temperature.
Always fresh adhesive thanks to the GlueJet application system and adhesive cartridges.
Easy PUR adhesive change and system cleaning within minutes.

Axis adjustment via high-precision, repeatable servomotors.
Special configuration for protective film materials, such as high-gloss and super-matt!

A particular highlight of the machine is the multifunction package, which excels in operations processing a wide variety of edgebands. The DIA tools are built in multiple stages and can switch between radii and bevels as needed—from longitudinal milling unit to corner copying to contour scraping blade.
The extendable workpiece support and extended infeed area with air cushion table facilitate handling of large workpieces.
A guidance system assists with feeding small workpieces into the machine.
