Operating Conditions:
The heavy-duty trailer is designed for use on level, paved surfaces for internal transport operations.

Train Operation:
The trailer components are not designed (without a coupling device) for linked operation with multiple trailers.

Payload:
60 t at 6 km/h and with uniform distribution of load (surface load) across the loading platform between the axles. Point or line loads are only permissible upon request.

Main Frame:
Robust welded construction made from sectional steel profiles.

Loading Platform:
Dimensions approx. 6000 x 2500 mm, loading height approx. 1012 mm, platform surface covered with softwood planks, continuous recessed edge protection.

Steering:
All-wheel steering on 4 pendulum axles, drawbar can be raised, removed, and swapped from front to rear; hitch height at the towing vehicle approx. 650 mm (other hitch heights permissible upon request only); towing eye according to DIN 74054 Ø 40 mm; track rods with adjustable ball joints, diagonal or tow rods adjustable and fitted with maintenance-free bearings, safety securing of the drawbar according to accident prevention regulations (UVV).

Chassis:
4 steered pendulum axles, 2 steered axle lines for uniform load distribution on wheels; wheels with solid elastic rubber tyres, approx. 559 x 406 mm; wheel hubs with tapered roller bearings and permanent grease lubrication.

Coating:
Finish coat RAL 5002 ultramarine blue

Additional Equipment:
- Optional: Two-line air brake system acting on 4 wheels, suitable for gradients < 4%. Separate parking brake via spring-loaded brake cylinders, also acting on 4 wheels.
- On both long sides, 2 each lashing or crane eyes of round steel welded horizontally into the outer beams; use of crane eyes only permitted with unloaded trailer
- Inner turning radius approx. 2100 mm
- Outer turning radius approx. 5500 mm
- Drawbar approx. 1500 mm long
