Algemene uitgangspunten revisie Reiniging & demontage Voor de daadwerkelijke revisie wordt de pers volledig gereinigd en gedemonteerd in onze revisiewerkplaats. Toleranties Na demontage worden de toleranties van alle stalen componenten gemeten en waar nodig opnieuw gelast. Dit geldt ten minste voor de volgende onderdelen: • Aandrijfram, • Frame, • Kanaal, • Voorpersklep Na demontage en inspectie wordt de ram opnieuw opgelast en voorzien van nieuwe ramwielen. De beschermroosters en de voorpersklep worden uitgedeukt en waar nodig gerepareerd. Overschilderd Na het meten van de toleranties en het uitvoeren van eventuele herstel- en laswerkzaamheden, worden alle onderdelen gestraald en opnieuw gecoat. Hydrauliek: De hydrauliektank wordt gereinigd. De hydraulische leidingen & slangen worden vervangen. De hydraulische componenten worden opnieuw afgedicht. De hydraulische olie wordt ververst. Ihjdjkcgynepfx Af Ijt Bekabeling: Alle bekabeling wordt gecontroleerd en indien nodig vervangen. Alle lasdozen worden vervangen en teruggeplaatst op goed toegankelijke posities. Slijtdelen: Alle slijtdelen worden vervangen. De pennen en assen van de cilinders en het kanaal worden vernieuwd. Alle slijtdelen van de beide naaldeninstallaties en knopers worden vernieuwd. Cilinders: De cilinders worden opnieuw afgedicht en, indien nodig, voorzien van een nieuwe chroomlaag of een nieuwe cilinderstang. MCC-kast De schakelkast wordt gecontroleerd en gereinigd. Allgemeine Prinzipien der Generalüberholung: Reinigung & Demontage Vor Beginn der Überholung wird die Ballenpresse in unserer Werkstatt vollständig gereinigt und zerlegt. Toleranzen Nach der Demontage werden die Toleranzen aller Stahlkomponenten gemessen und wo nötig nachgeschweißt. Dies gilt mindestens für folgende Komponenten: • Pressstempel (Ram) • Rahmen • Kanal • Vorpressklappe Nach Demontage und Inspektion wird der Pressstempel nachgeschweißt und mit neuen Stempelrädern ausgestattet. Die Schutzgitter und die Vorpressklappe werden ausgedellt und falls erforderlich instandgesetzt. Neulackierung Nach der Toleranzmessung und eventuellen Reparatur- und Schweißarbeiten werden alle Komponenten gestrahlt und neu beschichtet. Hydraulik: Der Hydrauliktank wird gereinigt. Alle Hydraulikleitungen und -schläuche werden ersetzt. Die hydraulischen Komponenten werden neu abgedichtet. Das Hydrauliköl wird ersetzt. Verkabelung: Alle Kabel werden überprüft und ggf. ersetzt. Alle Verteilerdosen werden erneuert und an gut zugänglichen Stellen montiert. Verschleißteile: Alle Verschleißteile werden ersetzt. Die Bolzen und Wellen der Zylinder sowie des Kanals werden erneuert. Alle Verschleißteile der Nadelinstallationen und Knoter werden ersetzt. Zylinder: Die Zylinder werden neu abgedichtet und – falls notwendig – mit einer neuen Chromschicht oder Kolbenstange versehen. MCC-Schaltschrank: Der Schaltschrank wird überprüft und gereinigt.
