What can the device do?
The QS250Z is a CNC-controlled optical measuring machine for:
• 2D coordinate measurement
• Contour and profile measurement
• Determination of distances, radii, angles, and diameters
• Measurement of holes, slots, edges, and complex geometries
• Serial measurements with automated measurement programs
• Documentation and report generation via Mitutoyo software

The measurement is performed contact-free by a high-resolution camera system with image processing.
Ideal for delicate or small components where tactile measurement is unsuitable.
Thanks to CNC control, automated measuring processes are possible—perfect for repetitive inspection tasks.
