Description
Electropneumatic, vertical, linear-guided automatic saw for the use of HSS saw blades, suitable for series cuts from 60° left to 45° right on steel. The machine also operates in semi-automatic mode. CNC automatic machine with multiprocessor and two axes controlled by MEP’s latest-generation CNC system, enabling programming of up to 1,000 different cutting programs—each with different lengths and quantities—for the same material thickness.

- NEW: Electronic inverter for continuous regulation of blade speed from 15 – 90 rpm (optional 30 to 150 rpm).
- NEW: Low-voltage control panel: Polyurethane membrane keypad with thermoformed, raised buttons and actuation confirmation signal.
- Double gear set for high cutting performance.
- Saw head glides on dual linear guideways with recirculating ball bearings.
- Coaxial cylinder with bypass valve for rapid approach and potentiometric linear transducer for head position detection.
- Programmable saw arm stroke from the control panel for adaptation to material size.
