Mechanics:
All wear parts of the machine are replaced, including the feed spindle on the X-axis. All assemblies are restored to a like-new condition. After the overhaul, the machine is comparable to a new unit.

Geometry:
The machine is completely disassembled down to the guideways. Before the geometry of each table and assembly is restored, both the X and Z-axis guideways are hand-scraped and restored to like-new condition. Upon completion, the machine receives a measurement protocol according to the manufacturer's specifications.

Painting:
After the machine's geometry is restored, it is prepared for repainting. All covers, tables, and the machine bed are stripped of old paint, cleaned, and repainted.

Hydraulics:
The entire lubrication system, including the lubrication unit, is replaced. The hydraulic unit is also fully overhauled.
