Well-maintained laser cutting system (CO2 gas laser) with travel paths X/Y/Z = 3260 x 1545 x 430 mm, max. working area 1525 x 3050 mm, third rotating axis with NC rotary table for pipe processing (increased Z travel of 430 mm), gantry loader with vacuum lifter for loading new sheets and lifting unit for unloading finished sheets. The gantry loader uses the vacuum lifter to pick up new sheets, automatically takes the laser-cut sheet when moving, deposits the new sheet, continues to the discharge table for the finished sheet, and sets it down there—see video 2.

Extraction system, cooling unit, and transformer are mounted on the platform above the machine.
