Optionally available with a buffer tank (mounted above the pasteurizer) that is connected to the pasteurization unit. The buffer tank control is fully automatic and communicates with the pasteurizer. If the juice withdrawal rate is too low, the system shuts down automatically and temporarily until withdrawal resumes. Juice dispensing can be performed either via the bottle filling line or in combination with our Bag in Box filling unit BB TOP 180. You can also operate both fillers simultaneously.
