The semi-automatic filler is the ideal solution for small businesses producing up to 5,000 Bag-in-Box units per year.

The unit is equipped with an electromagnetic flow sensor, an electronic control panel for programming the filling volume (minimum 1 liter) and performing calibration, as well as a self-priming pump with rubber impeller EURO 20.

At the start and end of the cycle, vacuum operation must be carried out by the operator, and nitrogen injection is managed via two manual pulse valves. Opening and closing of the tap is performed using the two standard stainless steel tools supplied. A drip collector buffer is included. The user selects the desired fill quantity and activates the switch to initiate the filling cycle. The filler executes a complete cycle: opening the valve / starting the pump / stopping the pump / closing the valve.
