The fruits are conveyed from the sorting table into the washing tank and onto the washing brushes, where the first cleaning phase begins. Using the conveyor belt, the fruits are transported under the fresh water shower directly to the pivoting grating mill, where the fruit or vegetables are further processed to the desired fineness. Due to the pivoting design of the grating mill, the system can also be used as a stand-alone washing and conveying unit without any modifications.
