This is a 6-head automatic filler capable of storing up to 50 separate preset programs.

Brief Description / Technical Data:

• Controlled by Siemens S7 PLC via Mitsubishi Beijer HMI
• Glass containers are conveyed by a continuous stainless steel rail conveyor
• Jars are indexed in and out by program-controlled pneumatic gates
• Filling is performed by positive pressure from a 50-liter supply vessel (can be easily adapted to a continuous positive pressure in the manifold with a modulating pump)
• Volume control via Nixon BNO turbine flow meter, communicating with Siemens high-speed counter
• Liquid is filled into the jars with rise inside or above the jar as per fill time
• Full SIP, CIP, and rinse programmable functions available
