Manroland R 504 OB +LV

The Manroland Roland 504-L is a high-performance four-colour sheetfed offset printing press. Manufactured in 2003, it is currently in operation at a printing facility in Germany. With a sheet size of 520 x 740 mm and a total print output of 170 million impressions, this press is designed for demanding production environments with high print volumes.

The Roland 504-L is equipped with coating units for additional versatility and features semi-automatic plate changing (PPL) for quick job turnaround. Automatic format adjustment and nonstop feeders and delivery systems ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime. The press is also fitted with automatic washing systems for the ink rollers, blankets, and impression cylinders, simplifying maintenance and increasing productivity.

Advanced features such as inking unit temperature control (Tempcontrol NT3), a powder spray device (Hitronic-S Grafix), and dampening solution cooling (Technotrans) provide consistent print quality and optimal operating conditions. The integrated Grafix IR dryer further improves drying efficiency, making this press a comprehensive solution for high-quality, high-speed printing.
