Manroland R 504 OB +LV

The Manroland Roland 504-L is a high-performance four-color sheetfed offset printing press. Manufactured in 2003, it is currently operating in a print shop in Germany. With a format of 520 x 740 mm and a total of 170 million impressions, this machine is designed for demanding production environments with high print volumes.

The Roland 504-L is equipped with a coating unit for added flexibility and features semi-automatic plate change (PPL) for fast job turnaround. Automatic format adjustment and nonstop feeder and delivery devices ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime. The machine also features automatic washing systems for ink rollers, blankets, and impression cylinders, streamlining maintenance and increasing productivity.

Advanced features such as inking unit temperature control (Tempcontrol NT3), powder sprayer (Hitronic-S Grafix), and dampening solution refrigeration unit (Technotrans) guarantee consistent print quality and optimal operating conditions.
