The ERMAK POWER BEND PRO press brake is an extremely versatile, productive, and precisely controlled machine, available in various bending lengths from 1,270 mm up to 6,000 mm. It offers a wide selection of pressing forces from 40–400 tons to meet your individual requirements. This CNC-controlled press brake can also be expanded as a tandem machine, providing great flexibility in bending length. It comes equipped with numerous features to ensure simple and safe operation. The robust machine design, combined with precise CNC control, guarantees long-lasting and reliable performance. Additionally, the machine offers a variety of expansion and equipment options to tailor it to your specific needs. The DELEM DA CNC graphic control enables convenient operation via touchscreens and provides a comprehensive safety package. The machine is easily operated via an LCD touchscreen mounted on the left swivel arm. Bending operations are initiated by pressing a footswitch. In addition to this safety feature, the operator is protected by a safety laser in the working area and a light barrier at the rear. The CNC controller automatically calculates the pressing force, bending tolerance, crowning adjustment, embossing force, and tool safety zones.
