Būklė: naujas, Gamybos metai: 2026, The CNC 2030 SPECIAL milling plotter is a precision machine manufactured in Poland, designed for machining a wide range of engineering materials, such as: wood, wood-based materials (chipboard, MDF, OSB, etc.), plastics (plexiglass, PVC, HPL, etc.), composites (Dibond, carbon, Alucobond), soft metals, and more.
CONSTRUCTION:
The plotter is made entirely of high-quality steel. During the production process, all components undergo special heat treatment.
WORKING AREA:
The usable working area of our machine is 2100 x 3100 mm. Custom working area dimensions are available upon request.
Z AXIS TRAVEL & GANTRY CLEARANCE:
The standard Z-axis travel is 200 mm; however, it can be increased up to 400 mm if required.
DRIVES:
Our machines are powered by high-resolution, high-power digital motors, ensuring optimal acceleration and speed in all axes. The X and Y axes utilize classic, proven helical racks, providing long-term durability and high precision, while the Z-axis is driven by a high-grade ball screw.
SPINDLE:
The cutting tool is driven by a high-grade, liquid-cooled, robust, and durable brushless spindle. The spindle uses high-quality machine bearings that are exceptionally quiet and provide above-average service life. Spindle speeds range from 6,000 to 24,000 rpm.

SOFTWARE:
The machine comes equipped with the latest version of user-friendly CAD/CAM software.
CONTROL SYSTEM:
Operation is managed via a controller with its own processor and RAM, ensuring stable and reliable performance. The controller features a resume function after power loss, so there is no need to restart the program.
VACUUM TABLE:
The table is manufactured using grid technology and is divided into zones that can be isolated with a sealing strip. This allows the work area to be matched precisely to the specific component. A precisely matched vacuum pump guarantees uniform suction of material to the table surface.
6-POSITION LINEAR TOOL MAGAZINE:
The linear tool magazine allows for automated machining processes. It is essential for multi-tool operations and significantly increases efficiency and operator error reduction. Standard configuration includes a 6-position magazine, expandable to 16 positions upon request.
OSCILLATING KNIFE:
The oscillating knife is a modern head mounted on CNC devices for cutting low-density materials. The blade moves up and down, thereby cutting the material. This enables the cutting of thick, soft materials such as foam, magnetic foils, corrugated cardboard, and fabrics.
