CNC Milling Plotter 1325 SPECIAL is a precision machine engineered in Poland, designed for machining a wide range of engineering materials such as wood, wood-based materials (chipboard, MDF, OSB, etc.), plastics (plexiglass, PVC, HPL, etc.), composites (dibond, carbon, alucobond), soft metals, and more.

CONSTRUCTION:
The plotter is manufactured entirely from high-quality steel. During production, all components undergo a specialized heat treatment process.

WORKING AREA:
The usable working area of our machine is 1300 x 2500 mm, while the entire T-slot worktable has dimensions of approximately 1400 x 3000 mm.

By default, the Z-axis travel is 200 mm, with an option to extend it up to 400 mm upon request.

DRIVES:
Our machines are driven by high-resolution, high-power digital motors, ensuring excellent acceleration and speeds in each direction. The X and Y axes feature classic, proven helical racks for durability and precision, while the Z-axis is driven by a high-quality ball screw. All axes run on linear rail guides.

SPINDLE:
The cutting tool is powered by a robust, water-cooled, high-end brushless spindle. The spindle's bearings are industrial-grade, exceptionally quiet, and ensure above-average longevity. Spindle speed ranges from 6,000 to 24,000 rpm. A frequency inverter with higher output than the spindle itself is used for power supply, preventing speed drops under heavy loads.

SOFTWARE:
The machine comes equipped with the latest version of CAD/CAM software, enabling quick and easy design of components, which are then converted to G-code. Import of ready-made files from other programs is also supported.

CONTROL:
Machine operation is managed via a controller with its own processor and RAM, ensuring stable and reliable performance. The machine controller enables active vector analysis for smooth operation and minimal machining error. The controller has a resume function after power loss, so there is no need to restart the program from the beginning. Built-in controller memory allows for machine operation without reloading the program each time.
