The machine stands out due to its user-friendly operation, quick and convenient material changes, and easy adjustment of mitre angles. The UK 800 HA features a steplessly adjustable mitre range to the left and right up to 20° (swivel range 2 × 70°). Saw feed is automatic at the push of a button, and material clamping is achieved by two pneumatically operated vertical and two horizontal clamping cylinders. Standard equipment includes a minimum quantity lubrication system and an air blow gun for cleaning the machine! Connections for a chip extraction system are provided. Additionally, this machine can optionally be equipped with a digital mitre angle display, a marking laser, and a pneumatic system for lifting the safety guard.
