The machine utilizes a Raycus 6 kW laser source, a WSX cutting head, and the FSCUT CNC control system (Bochu). Thanks to Inovance servo drives, precision linear guides, and rack-and-pinion drive, the machine achieves a positioning accuracy of ±0.03 mm and repeatability of ±0.02 mm.
The machine features a full protective enclosure, shuttle table, fume extraction system, Tongfei 6 kW water chiller, and an 80 kVA voltage stabilizer. Maximum positioning speed is 120,000 mm/min.
