Construction and technology

The dual-column H400SA bandsaw features a robust steel structure with a cast iron body, guaranteeing maximum rigidity and vibration damping. The frame is set at a 3° angle relative to the feed table, facilitating the cutting of profiles and shaped sections.

Precision and work efficiency

The hydraulically controlled descent of the arm, with adjustable cutting force and a precise throttle valve, allows pressure to be adapted to the specific material. The hydraulic feeding system with an electronic controller allows programming of cut length and batch quantity. An LCD display provides information on progress, errors, and material end. An automatic stop function reacts to fault detection or completion of the cutting program.
