The CORMAK H500SA automatic band saw is a technologically advanced dual-column metal cutting band saw, designed for precise and efficient cutting of large steel components, tubes, and profiles. Thanks to fully automated operation, high power, and robust construction, it is ideal for serial production and heavy-duty industrial applications.

Construction and technology:

This machine is built on a heavy-duty cast iron and steel frame, guaranteeing high rigidity and minimizing vibrations during operation. The H500SA dual-column band saw is equipped with a 7.1 kW main motor and an independent hydraulic system. The saw frame is inclined at 3° to the working surface for enhanced effectiveness when cutting profiles and structural shapes.

The blade is guided via carbide-insert and ball-bearing supports for precise blade tracking. The movable blade guide adjusts to the width of the material, increasing cutting stability and reducing blade wear.

Precision and performance:

Hydraulically actuated saw arm downfeed with infinitely variable pressure adjustment enables optimal parameter selection for each material. The control panel with an LCD screen allows programming of cut quantity and lengths, as well as real-time monitoring of operational parameters. The machine automatically signals material end, errors, and cutting progress.
