Mode of operation:
The machine features a silo with an agitator. In each of the 4 corners of the storage silo, there is a vertical screw conveyor that compacts the material downwards into the press chamber.

The machine operates with two cylinders, each pressing in two directions (either when the cylinder moves forward or backward). This results in 4 briquette outlets with 6 individual briquettes each.

Small to medium quantities of wood chips, generated in various processing industries (especially wood, biomass, etc.), can be optimally compacted. The small Ø 30 mm format offers an attractive alternative. Unlike our conventional briquettes, these can be automatically fed into industrial combustion systems. In addition to wood, various other materials (such as different types of biomass and agricultural residues) can also be processed without difficulty.
