Rösler RSKI 1400-SAT – Satellite Indexing Shot Blasting Cabinet, Automatic, 2 Nozzles

For sale is an as-new Rösler injector-type blasting cabinet, model RSKI 1400-SAT.
This system is designed for the automatic blasting of small and medium batch series, ideally suited for components with a maximum diameter of approx. 280 mm.
Components are evenly blasted via a rotating satellite table – ideal for cleaning, deburring, descaling, derusting, or roughening precision parts.

After loading with raw parts, the blasting time per satellite can be set at the control panel. Once the raw parts are acknowledged via the button next to the cabin door, each satellite is automatically positioned and processed. When the cycle is complete and all workpieces have been treated, a completion message is displayed and the system can be reloaded and unloaded.

Thanks to the generously sized filter system, the blasting unit is suitable for almost all blasting media, including finer mineral abrasives, without issues.

Originally used in medical technology, the system is lined with rubber on the inside. This provides no disadvantage for other industries or users – instead, it offers additional wear protection for both the abrasive and the machine, and also dampens noise. As a result, the system is more efficient and quieter than an unlined cabinet.

By removing the front handhole cover, manual blasting is possible with minimal conversion effort at any time. Additional nozzles can also be retrofitted if required.
